I don’t just focus on the massage, together we will explore why you are in pain or stressed, I will offer some practical information to help you reduce the various causes.

What to expect when seeing me.
- I use the appropriate pressure during the massage, I ask for feedback to make sure that you are comfortable (No one wants to be hurt or ignored)
- Before the first treatment I take time to understand the problem asking some simple questions regarding your health.
- Before starting your second appointment I will ask how you felt after the first massage so that I have a better understanding of how your body recovers.
- I won’t hurry you, in fact I will remind you to slow down
- I use steam packs during the massage that help relax the muscles and melt away the tension. It is very relaxing and helps with reducing soreness while also aiding with recovery.
