Steam Packs & Massage
Steam packs are used during the massage (at no extra cost) to produce a gentle warm heat, they are not harsh and are not to be confused with hot stones that are tiny. The steam packs come in different sizes, some are small enough to target a specific area or large enough to cover your whole back. There is a towel and a foam layer between you and the steam pack making it a comfortable experience. And of course it’s totally optional whether you wish to have them applied or not.
Remedial Massage: During your massage treatment a steam pack is placed on the area under duress in order to help release muscular tension. I will massage then apply the steam pack, remove the pack and massage again. By alternating between massage and gentle deep heat it promotes faster healing, reduces discomfort and making the treatment much more effective.
Relaxation Massage: After I have massaged your back a steam pack is placed on your whole back and while you are drifting off, I will be massaging your Neck, legs, arms, hands and feet. When you get up from the table you will feel so relaxed and will sleep well that evening, I guarantee it.
